Board of Trustees
The top-level governance body. Sets strategic direction, approves budgets and policies, and ensures accountability.
Executive Director
Leads the NGO, implements board policies, supervises staff, and represents the organization externally.
Programs Manager
Oversees program design and delivery. Ensures community needs are met and projects align with donor goals.
Finance & Administration Manager
Manages financial systems, budgets, procurement, payroll, and administrative functions.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Monitors project outcomes, collects data, and evaluates impact for reporting and improvement.
Communications & Advocacy Officer
Handles external communication, media, campaigns, and policy advocacy.
Field Officers / Community Mobilizers
Work directly with communities to implement programs, collect data, and provide grassroots support.
